Horizon Voyages is an independent travel advisory affiliated with the Outside Agents host agency. We help you plan cruises and arrange bookings through Outside Agents and its travel suppliers. The cruise lines and suppliers are the providers of the travel services themselves, and their own terms and conditions apply to your booking.

Quotes, availability, and pricing

Any prices, options, or availability discussed on our site or through our AI assistant are estimates for planning purposes only. Cruise pricing and availability change frequently and are not guaranteed until a deposit is paid and your reservation is confirmed in writing by the supplier. We are not responsible for errors, supplier changes, or price adjustments that occur before a booking is confirmed.

AI assistant

Our website includes an AI assistant that provides general information to help you plan. Its responses are informational, may not be complete or accurate, and do not constitute a binding quote, confirmation, or professional advice. A human advisor confirms all details before any booking.

Bookings and payments

Bookings are arranged through Outside Agents and the relevant supplier. Payment, deposits, confirmations, changes, cancellations, and refunds are handled according to the supplier's and host agency's policies, which will be provided to you before you commit to a reservation.

Your responsibilities

Provide accurate and complete information when you contact us;
Ensure you have valid travel documents (passports, visas, and any required health documentation);
Review and comply with the terms of the cruise line or supplier for your trip.
